2. Visiting Mona Lisa (seriously, I don't get the fuss... There are so much prettier/more intresting paintings in the world than that!)
3. Jardin des Tuileries
4. Have I told you I'm a huge geek what it comes to ancient history...?
5. Me trying to find us a great place to eat in Montmartre
6. I'm just posing... Wait, is there something worth seeing behind me?
7. Nike of Samothrace at the Louvre
8. Nice views (I tried to take a cool pic but the boy just wouldn't leave!)
9. Spotting some nice houses while chilling at Quai des Orfèvres
10. At Louvre
Few tips about the museums: EU residents under 26 yrs have free admission to most of the museums (ie all three mentioned before) and to some sightseeings (ie Arc de Triomphe, Château de Versailles); you find the price info from their websites. To most of the museums you don't need to que and buy a ticket, just show your passeport to the officer in the entrance. You can take pictures in the Louvre but in the Orsay and in Les Arts Decoratifs it's forbidden. If you don't want to wait hours and hours to get in to the Louvre (under the boiling sun - hooot!), try the entrance through Carrousel du Louvre (the shopping centre, entrance from Rue de Rivoli next to the Les Arts Decoratifs)! We did that and stood in line like under 5 minutes.
Kaikki tällä kertaa englanniksi! Jos joku jäi mietityttämään, niin voin selittää myös suomeksi! :)
